Testimonials

“My wife and I started working out with Tony back in 2006 and we love it! This is the only thing I have ever done that works for me.

Tony affords us the perfect blend of inspiration, motivation, perspiration, education, and accountability to keep us making progress.

I enjoy the variety, there is always something new, and while he let’s us work at our own levels, he a pushes us to challenge ourselves.”

"Tony is fantastic! I have been attending bootcamp since January '07 and love it!

Tony keeps me interested, motivated, and most of all, he holds me accountable for doing the work. I have tried to get fit on my own, and always seem to get off track. Tony makes sure that does not happen.

Bootcamp is the best thing I have done for my health in a long time, and it is the most fun you can have working out! So come join us!"

"Boot camp is awesome.  I never realized how much fun exercise can be!  I really look forward to going and have a great time every time.  What a wonderful all around workout."

"Tony's program has been great for me.  I went from about 230 lbs and 30% body fat to 203 lbs and 16% fat in my first few months of working with Tony.  I had trouble keeping up with the pace of the program for the first several weeks, but I have much more energy and endurance now.  I haven't lost any more weight in the past few months, but my body fat recently dropped to 14%, my muscles are building in the right places, and I'm still shaving a bit off of my waist  (I think I'm down 7" now).  I eat a little better, but I'm not fanatical about it, so if it can work this well for me, it can work for anyone."
